In order to help us hire the best people, we've built a list of personal traits and skills we want the candidates to have.
Please note that the salary levels below are for developer profile only. Other positions may have different salary ranges.
Junior 4 500+ PLN
This is you if you've had some professional experiences being a programmer, some work assignments or graduated from a technical school.
Mid 9 000+ PLN
This is you if you have a couple years of professional experience as a programmer and at least several projects completed. You feel you’ve mastered one programming language and set of tools around it.
Senior 15 000 - 21 000 PLN
This is you if you have a few years of professional experience as a senior developer, team leader or architect. You have broad technical knowledge and deep technical expertise in specific areas.

Q: What are the kind of clients do you work with?
A: Startups mostly. San Francisco based startup revolutionizing hiring, London based startup building data crawling and analysis tools, early-stage entertainment startup, universitiy, etc.
Q: How does the recruitment process look like?
A: Five steps can be distinguished:
1. CV/Portfolio - send us CV, portfolio or profile on LinkedIn.
2. Homework - a simple test assignment to be done remotely. It’s used mostly when you requalify from other specialisation or industry, or if you are an Intern or Junior candidate.
3. Meeting - meet us face to face! It consists of HR and Technical part.
4. Offer - we make an offer according to your experience and our assesment.
5. Hire - if you accept our offer we sign the contract and live happily ever after.
