Junior HR Specialist

We are Evojam, Polish software house that likes to do stuff differently. We understand HR as Human Relations. This is Evojam’s secret sauce! 

 

We are on a lookout for a Junior HR Specialist who shares our values and is ready for an adventure. A people person with a sparkle in the eye. Someone who would like to work in a challenging environment of a small company, and wishes to have an impact on the place that he/she works in.

 

Your main mission will be finding the right people, who will feel great in Evojam and keep on growing here!

 

What you will do

  • Conduct and coordinate recruitment processes

  • Prepare and post job advertisements

  • Source candidates using different channels

  • Screen and interview candidates

  • Prepare offers of employment

  • Coordinate onboarding processes

  • Co-organise internal company events

  • Participate in Employer Branding events and actions

  • Cooperate with many great people in Evojam - our development team, HR Manager, Office Manager, Project Managers, The Board...

  • More and more HR tasks according to your own goals, dreams and talents!

Requirements

  • Some experience in IT recruitment (at least basic)

  • Superb communication skills

  • Openness and empathy

  • Creative and problem-solving thinking

  • Decisiveness and independence in action

  • Great organisational skills

  • Internal drive to work and deliver (you will be mentored and supported but definitely not controlled!)

  • Deep sense of ownership and quality

  • Fluent Polish is a must…

  • ...as well as fluent English (B2 level is a minimum)
